Intuit Assist will help SMEs

Intuit has a strong commitment to its primary customer base, SMEs, and believes that the integration of Intuit Assist will level the playing field for these businesses, which often face resource constraints when competing with larger rivals. The AI assistant also aims to streamline tax filing processes, expedite cash refunds, and offer tailored financial management recommendations.

For small businesses leveraging QuickBooks, Intuit Assist simplifies the onboarding process and facilitates the seamless transfer of data to create personalized profiles.

Also, entrepreneurs, marketers, and small businesses utilizing Mailchimp will benefit from Intuit Assist’s capabilities to create campaigns and advertisements aligned with the brand’s market intent and identity. Users can make swift modifications to text, images, and tone, enhancing marketing agility and responsiveness.

Advanced AI Technology at Its Core

Intuit Assist harnesses the power of Intuit’s generative A operating system, designed to work seamlessly with its Large Language Models (LLMs).

According to the data officer, Ashok Srivastava, the operating system could choose between Intuit’s LLM and LLMs developed by external parties, depending on the context. Also, Intuit’s model has demonstrated impressive competitiveness in accuracy tests against complex third-party competitors.

Intuit Assistant is already accessible to every TurboTax user, providing immediate value to a vast user base. Additionally, the company plans to extend access to selected customers of other products in the near future.
